Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing on Star SMP, purchasing digital products, or using any related services — including the website, store, or Discord — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Service.

Section 2

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Star SMP. If you are under 18, you must have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchases or engaging with the Service.

Section 3

Virtual Goods & Digital Purchases

All purchases made through the Star SMP store are for digital virtual items only, including but not limited to:

• Ranks
• Keys & Crates
• Cosmetics
• In-game currency
• Boosters
• Perks

All digital goods are subject to the following conditions:

• They carry no real-world monetary value
• They are non-transferable between accounts
• They are licensed to you, not owned by you
• They are tied to your Minecraft account
• They may be modified, rebalanced, or removed at any time

Section 4

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing digital goods that are delivered immediately upon payment
• You waive any right to refunds, returns, or cancellations
• You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute of any kind

Section 5

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, payment provider, or any third party, the following actions will be taken immediately and without appeal:

• Your Minecraft account will be permanently banned
• All associated accounts may also be permanently banned
• You will permanently lose access to all purchased items, ranks, perks, and digital goods
• You may be permanently restricted from making future purchases

Section 6

Account Suspension & Termination

Star SMP reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any player at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. If your account is banned, you permanently lose access to:

• The server and all its features
• All purchased digital goods, ranks, currency, and perks
• Any accounts associated with your Minecraft account

No refunds or compensation will be provided for suspended or banned accounts, regardless of the reason for the ban.

Section 7

Service Availability

Star SMP does not guarantee continuous uptime, service availability, or permanent access to any feature or item. The server may experience downtime, undergo resets or wipes, or shut down permanently at any time and without compensation.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under United States law, Star SMP and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this Service. All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Section 9

Changes to These Terms

Star SMP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
